2. When the equipment is installed, raised and disassembled, it does not work according to the requirements of the operating regulations and product manuals
The first is the equipment foundation. The construction unit does not pay enough attention to the equipment foundation. For example, the equipment is installed on a weak foundation without disposal, or it is installed on the ceiling of the basement without reinforcement under the regulations. The second is the installation of the rail frame. The verticality of the rail frame is not measured in two directions during installation, or the attached wall frame is not firmly attached. 3. Inadequate safety management of safety guards

4. Irregular daily application management
