Integrated Power and Control Conductive Rail is the man material lifts power supply device which can replace traditional cables. The Sliding Contact Line is the device that composed of Current Collector, Conductive Conduits which hold Conductive Rails, and relative components.
Slide Contact Line Advantages

Integrated Power and Control Conductive Rail System Current Collector and its Auxiliary Assembly.
The Current Collector, which is the moving part of Sliding Contact Line, is a set of Brushes running in the Conductive Conduits. It is driven by the Guide Device installed on the construction hoist and runs synchronously with the hoist. It transmits the current from the Conductive Conduits to the motors and control elements of construction hoist. The poles of the Collector Brushes correspond to the Conductive Rails.
I, Current Collector: The device imports the electric current by sliding on the Conductive Rails inside Conductive Shells, to supply the power to the moving electric appliances. It is composed of Conductive Carbon Brushes, Balance Brushes, wires and shell.
II, Junction Box & Guide Device Assembly: Indicating power current, pushing the Current Collector moving and moderately absorbing the drive error and impact.
III, Guide Device Fastener: it is the connecting piece of fastening the Guide Device to the main steel channel of hoist cage.
How to maintain the Slide Contact Line?
During using, the following components of Sliding Contact Line shall be checked regularly:
I. Check the Brushes wear of Current Collector. If the wear length exceeds normal range, replace them immediately.
II. Check if Conductive Rails and their joints are rusted or loose. Whether the Fasteners, Guide Device, etc are loose?
III. Check if the Conductive Conduits deform or bend.
IV. Remove dust on the Conduits. When cleaning, no excessive force to avoid damage of the Conduits.
V. Check the Conductive Carbon Brushes in the Collector. When the Brush worn to its extreme extension length out of the housing is less than 2mm, the Brush should be replaced by a new one immediately.
VI. Check the wear of the Collector Guide Wheels. The Guide Wheels must be able to ensure the correct position of the Brushes in Conduits. Excessive wear of Guide Wheels will cause Brush wear or lose power occasionally.
If the circuit breakers of rack and pinion lifts using the slide contact line tripped in rainy weather, how to find and solve the problem?
1, Check whether there is rubbish in the inlet connector or internal of sliding contact line
2, Take out the current collector and give power directly to the sliding contact line. If the circuit breaker doesn't trip, then there is no problem on the sliding contact line. Check the current collector.
3, If problem on sliding contact line is confirmed, divide it by every 60m, and check separately.

Probable reason: Whether there is rubbish at the interior connection of the sliding contact line? Solution: Clear the rubbish by brush
Probable reason: Whether there is too much carbon powder or rubbish inside of the current collector? Solution: Clear the carbon powder and rubbish inside of the current collector
